The firm is pleased to announce that shareholder Peter J. Juran has received his certification from the Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct Superior Court Mediated Settlement Conferences. In addition to his litigation practice, Peter's mediation practice will focus particularly in the areas of commercial, real estate, corporate, and intellectual property disputes. As a litigator, Peter's practice is concentrated in all manner of civil litigation, both trial and appellate, and he is active with the firm's intellectual property practice group. Peter holds a B.A., cum laude, in Philosophy and Religion from Colgate University, as well as a Masters Degree in Philosophy and a J.D. from Duke University.
