Civil Litigation

The firm performs a wide variety of trial and appellate services in federal and state courts. Areas of litigation concentration include civil, corporate, commercial, labor and employment, securities, environmental, real estate, intellectual property, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, residential and commercial construction, and personal injury. In addition to possessing extensive experience in all courts, the litigation practice group provides representation before federal and state administrative tribunals and regulatory agencies.
