Meghan focuses her practice on business and corporate law. Prior to joining Blanco Tackabery, she practiced as an in-house attorney for a federally insured financial institution, where she advised and counseled her business clients on a wide range of business law matters, including corporate law and governance, government examinations and advocacy, regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, and third party vendor management. While working in-house, she was instrumental in interpreting and implementing the wave of regulations that came out of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Prior to that she earned her Master of Laws in Law and Government at American University Washington College of Law, with a Concentration in Business and Financial Regulation.
