On July 1, 2016, Ashley Rusher began her term as Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. The Bankruptcy Section promotes networking and education for practitioners in all areas of bankruptcy practice, both business and consumer areas, and among members who practice in the three federal bankruptcy districts. Ms. Rusher is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee and Chair of its Business Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group.
