Blanco Tackabery employs a staff of non-attorney employees including paralegals, legal assistants, billing and bookkeeping personnel and other staff positions and periodically has positions available.
Blanco Tackabery, a well-established mid-sized law firm in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking an associate attorney with 1-3 years of litigation and/or creditors’ rights experience to join its Litigation and Business Bankruptcy practice group. Responsibilities may include regular court appearances in eviction and claim-and-delivery hearings as well as work on complex business and fiduciary litigation.
