Amy C. Lanning

Amy focuses her practice on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including development, conveyances, leases, financing, renewable energy transactions, and title issues. She also has experience in municipal law, low income tax credit transactions, and HUD insured and HUD direct loans. Amy was with Blanco Tackabery for ten years before joining a national title insurance company as North Carolina underwriting counsel. She rejoined the firm in 2016. Amy serves her clients by understanding their business needs, while providing legal advice necessary to protect their interests.

Amy received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was a staff member of the Wake Forest Law Review.
