Jayme T. Palmer

Jayme joined Blanco Tackaberry in 2026 and is working with the Property Management Practice Group, Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice Group, and Civil Litigation Practice Group.

She received her B.S. in Criminal Justice and Human Development and Family Studies from East Carolina University in 2021; and her J.D., cum laude, from Elon University School of Law in 2025.

While in law school, Jayme was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar and worked as a Teaching Assistant for Criminal Law and Business Associations as well as a Research and Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing. She served as the secretary of the Women’s Law Association and as program coordinator for Co-Counsel Connect.
