SECCA Event

Last week, the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art (SECCA) opened a new exhibition exploring innocence, justice and chance through one artist’s experience with wrongful incarceration. “The Odds” by Sherrill Roland features new sculptures, videography and design, drawing upon the artist’s experiences leading up to and during the ten months he was incarcerated prior to exoneration.

The exhibition is presented with support from Blanco Tackabery and will be on view now through June 5, 2022 in the SECCA Pottery Gallery. It is free and open to the public, with a suggested $10 donation. Learn more by visiting this link.
